Dear Readers: While I love spring and summer, I have a great affinity for cooler weather and all of the gorgeous gifts Mother Nature bestows upon us in the fall. The changing color of the leaves, the smell of crisp air and the gorgeous and rich-colored flesh of squash, pumpkins, apples. All the wonderful fruits, vegetables and flowers associated with the season add such a deep and warm vibrancy to the air.
