One of the most wonderful things about my career is the opportunity to meet and work with clients from all around the world. Designing weddings around the globe has offered me both a number of exciting challenges and endless inspiration, and even helped solidify my belief that while the language may change, the bond of love is universal and easily translated.
Yesterday, I read through your wonderful comments and came across one where the reader pointed out that in their respective country of Italy, throwing a wedding without favors would be a faux pas. This had me thinking about the wonderfully diverse world of traditions and thought it would be nice to share some of the most interesting traditions you have come across in your work (or perhaps you might share a tradition of your culture).
